HV PVC Insulated Hook Terminal
HV hook-shaped insulated terminals, also known as pre-insulated hook terminals or hook-type crimp terminals, are electrical connection components used for wire end processing. The hook structure allows the wire to hang on a screw, preventing loosening caused by pulling or vibration and providing a more stable connection. It also facilitates quick disconnection and reconnection of circuits when needed, making equipment debugging and maintenance easier. The 'insulation sleeve' prevents exposed conductors, avoiding short circuits and electric shock risks, and protects the metal crimp part from corrosion and mechanical damage. Additionally, it helps keep messy wire ends neat and uniform, complying with electrical installation standards, and enhancing both the appearance and professionalism of wiring. Typically, it is used in power distribution systems, industrial control and automation, machinery, transportation, household appliances, and repair scenarios. PVC material has a very high volume resistivity and dielectric strength, effectively preventing current leakage and electrical short circuits between terminals, fully meeting the insulation requirements for low-voltage electricity (usually under 1000V).
