Function: achieve sealing and oil blockage to prevent oil contamination from affecting conductivity. Scenario: oil-immersed transformers and electrical equipment connections in oily environments. The DTG type is stamped from T2 copper tubes, lightweight, and reasonably priced. Function: general-purpose connection with high cost performance. Scenario: general electrical connections that do not require sealed oil blockage, such as household appliances and ordinary control cabinets. The DTL type has one end made of copper and the other end made of aluminum, used for transitional connections between copper and aluminum wires. Function: solve the electrochemical corrosion problem caused by direct copper-aluminum connections. Scenario: connecting aluminum cables (such as overhead lines) to copper device terminals.
According to surface treatment, it is divided into pickling and tin plating. Pickling (red copper color): retains the original copper color, aesthetically pleasing, and provides certain oxidation resistance. Suitable for conventional indoor environments where corrosion protection is not highly required. Tin plating (silver-white): surface tin-plated, stronger oxidation resistance and conductivity, can prevent the diffusion of harmful gases from copper, and provide a higher level of corrosion protection. Suitable for humid environments, environments with corrosive gases, or situations requiring higher reliability of connections.
According to structure, it is divided into single-hole, double-hole, and multi-hole, distinguished by the number of connection holes, matching different terminal connection methods of devices. Single-hole is used to connect one wire, while double-hole or multi-hole is used for connections that need to be more secure and resistant to loosening (such as high-current equipment).
